The Chinese Journal of Vector Biology and Control is a national professional journal supervised by the National Health Commission and sponsored by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Founded in 1985, it is a bimonthly magazine and published at home and abroad.




The purpose of this journal is to implement the "prevention-oriented" policy of health work, actively exchange scientific research achievements and prevention and control experience of medical animals, sanitary pests and related infectious diseases, and continuously improve the discipline and academic level of vector biology; carry out academic contention, improve the level of professionals, and provide services to guide the prevention and control of vector biological infectious diseases in China and the formulation of emergency plans for major infectious diseases.




This journal is the core journal of China's science and technology (the statistical source journal of China's science and technology papers of the Ministry of Science and Technology) and the core journal of China's medicine and health. 2022 Impact Factor 1.936 [Chinese Academic Journal Impact Factor Annual Report (Natural Science and Engineering Technology · 2023 Edition)].
